What to establish first
For either route, identify the equipment, address eligibility, expected performance, term and return conditions. For cellular service, router placement and local reception can change the experience between rooms.
Keep the distinction clear
A mobile phone’s data icon is not a household speed guarantee. Separate the wireless link inside the home from the external internet connection when describing a problem. The provider must investigate the actual service.
